Silver Tree Art; a Ministry in Motherhood
A custom cupcake order come through the door from Suzanne of Silver Tree Art. Not only is she a great artisan, she also reaches people through her art to promote healing. Suzanne runs a bereavement support group to demonstrate how art therapy can work with someone who has suffered the loss of a loved one. One of the women in her support group has lost her child and is mourning. Suzanne knew how important it was for this young mother to have a way to preserve this child’s memory and to celebrate his life. I’m glad my cupcakes can bring a little light to cast out sadness, to commemorate the memory of a precious life and bring some happy memories abound. You can check out Suzanne’s blog here.
